Obituary for Brian Ferraro

Brian E. Ferraro, 57, of Carlstadt a majority of his life and formerly of East Rutherford for over 10 years, passed away on December 4, 2017. For over 10 years he was a custodian at Northern Highlands Regional High School in Allendale. Prior, he was the proprietor of D&D Deli in Rutherford for eight years. Brian coached Carlstadt/E. Rutherford Babe Ruth League for three years and helped run the Carlstadt/E. Rutherford Jr. Wildcats Football program for two years. He enjoyed cooking and was an avid Yankee fan and Jets fan. Beloved husband of Juliane (nee Batista) Ferraro. Loving father of David Dombrowski and Matthew Dombrowski. Cherished grandfather of Leah, Dana and Dahlia. Devoted son of Anna (nee Magliocchetti) Ferraro and the late Gerald F. Ferraro. Dear brother of Gerry Ferraro, Jeffrey D. Ferraro and the late Mark J. Ferraro. Caring uncle of Matthew Ferraro, Kimberly Bickford and Scarlett Bickford. Visitation on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 5-9 PM at the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad St., Carlstadt. Cremation will be private. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, East Rutherford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Carlstadt Volunteer Ambulance Corps., P.O. Box 84, Carlstadt, NJ 07072.
