I was so sorry to hear the news. Ellie was a beautiful person. I think her love for animals is what bonded us. I enjoyed seeing her at the Kip Center and at the Board of Elections. She always had a kind word. Loved talking about her kids. Telling stories about her two cats. I found Salem in my yard and couldn't keep her because I had my own males who wanted to attach her. Ellie didn't hesitate. She welcomed Salem into her home and gave her love. She also shared the same vet in Lyndhurst and Focus helped when it came time for spaying. Ellie you will be truly missed by all. Your heart was so filled with love. Rest in Peace my friend until we meet again. Renee Trottier
